Due to a restructuring of our academy staffing, Weston-super-Mare AFC are now recruiting a new Academy Manager.
The appointed candidate will oversee the quality of football provision at the football club from under 8s, including the post-16 football and education programme which has been running for over 20 years.
The club has a history of developing local players into 1st team players, moving on to professional clubs and developing players into quality coaches.
The club also has outstanding facilities to ensure that we continue to develop our academy as best we can.
